- Bacon - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 9.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 1½ tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ¼ teaspoon
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Hard Cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the bacon and fry it in a skillet.

Then, chop the cooked bacon into pieces.
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 4
Mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and butter, then add the bacon, cheese, and pepper, and stir.
Step 5
Add the milk and knead the dough.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Step 7
Use any cookie cutters and proceed as with cookies.
Step 8
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 15 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet and let the cookies cool slightly. They can be served as a snack with various sauces.
