Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

Ingredients

  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Dried bagels - 2 pieces
  • Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 4 slices
  • Spanish onions - 1 piece
  • Tomatoes - ½ piece
  • Capers - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and place it in a bowl. Mash it to a puree and add lemon juice. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Step 2

Slice the bagels in half and spread the avocado puree on the bottom halves. Top with 2 slices of salmon, then thinly sliced onion, 2 thin slices of tomato, and capers. Cover with the other half of the bagel and serve.
