- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Dried bagels - 2 pieces
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 4 slices
- Spanish onions - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - ½ piece
- Capers - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the avocado and place it in a bowl. Mash it to a puree and add lemon juice. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Step 2
Slice the bagels in half and spread the avocado puree on the bottom halves. Top with 2 slices of salmon, then thinly sliced onion, 2 thin slices of tomato, and capers. Cover with the other half of the bagel and serve.
