Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 0.9 oz
- Brown Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Pecan - 1.4 oz
- Granny Smith apples - 4 pieces
- Water - ⅓ cup
- Blue Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 1.4 oz
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - to taste
- White Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the crumble, preheat the oven to 356°F. Chop 25 g of pecans, mix with flour and brown sugar, add melted butter, and rub together until crumbly. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 2
For the baked apples, wash the apples and core them. Place them in a baking dish and pour water into the bottom. Sprinkle the apples with sugar and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Step 3
For the cream, mix grated blue cheese with sour cream, add honey, and blend with a mixer.
Step 4
To serve, place a small amount of nut crumble in the center of a plate, place the baked apple on top, filled with the prepared cream. Garnish with chocolate and remaining pecans.
