- Dried Apricots - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 0.4 oz
- Pastry gel - 2.5 oz
- Green Banana Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Pistachios - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the core from the whole apple. Stuff the apple with a mixture of dried apricots, prunes, walnuts, and honey.
Step 2
Place the apple in the oven preheated to 194°F for 50–60 minutes.
Step 3
Let the finished apple cool. Dip it in the gel and allow the excess to drip off.
Step 4
Pour the mango sauce into a plate, place the apple in the center, and sprinkle crushed pistachios around the edges. Garnish with a mint leaf.
