Description
For stuffing the apples, it's best to use strawberry, blackcurrant, or cherry (pitted) jam. It's a good idea to add 0.5 cup of crushed breadcrumbs or cake crumbs, crushed almonds, or finely chopped walnuts to the jam used for stuffing the apples.

- Jam - ½ cup

Step 1
Wash the apples in cold water, remove the core (without cutting through the apple), prick the skin, fill the apples with jam, and place them in a baking dish.
Step 2
Add 2–3 tablespoons of water and bake for 15–20 minutes in the oven at medium heat. Once the apples become soft, remove them, let them cool slightly, then transfer to a plate and drizzle with the syrup that formed in the baking dish.
