- Apple - 4 pieces
- Brown Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ teaspoon
- Dry White Wine - 8 fl oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, cut out the cores of the apples from the top, but do not cut through the skin completely. Transfer to a small baking dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle 1 tablespoon inside each apple.
Step 4
Pour the wine around the apples, cover with foil, and bake in the oven for about 1 hour until soft. Let cool before serving.
