Description
Carefully remove the core from the apples so that the filling doesn't spill out later. You can use any berry instead of cranberries, and any nuts will work as well. This dessert is best enjoyed warm.

- Apple - 10 pieces
- Fresh Cranberries - 7.1 oz
- Honey - 7.1 oz
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.4 oz

Step 1
Cut off the 'top' of the apples and carefully remove the core, leaving the 'tops' intact.
Step 2
Place 1 teaspoon of honey (level) at the bottom of each apple.
Step 3
Next, add 1 tablespoon of cranberries.
Step 4
Top with another teaspoon of honey.
Step 5
Cover the stuffed apples with their 'tops'.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 40 minutes at 392°F (if they start to burn, cover with foil).
Step 7
Remove the 'tops' and sprinkle each apple with walnuts and powdered sugar.
