- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Green Apples - 5 pieces
- Raspberry gin - 1.8 oz

Core the apples.

Chop the walnuts finely. Mix the walnuts and pine nuts with the jam (currant jam also works well). Fill the apples with the mixture.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–30 minutes. Decorate to taste (I used powdered sugar).
