Ingredients
- Bananas - 5 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3 cups
- Butter - 8.5 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 14.1 oz
- Cookie - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Step 2
Generously grease the baking dish with butter. Peel the bananas and cut each one lengthwise. Arrange the bananas in a single layer in the dish.
Step 3
Using a fine grater, zest the lemon and sprinkle it over the bananas. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze all the juice over the bananas. Sprinkle the bananas with sugar (sweet tooths can increase the amount of sugar).
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Place a couple of banana slices on a plate, top with ice cream, and crumble the cookies on top. Drizzle with the juice left from the lemon in the dish and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
