Ingredients

  • Brie cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Chopped almonds - ½ cup
  • Brown Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup - 3 tablespoons
  • French Baguette - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Place the wheel of cheese on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes until soft. Transfer to a plate and cool for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, toast the nuts on the baking sheet for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle over the cheese.

Step 4

In a saucepan, combine the sugar and maple syrup. Bring to a boil and let the sugar dissolve for 1–2 minutes. Drizzle the syrup over the cheese and serve with sliced baguette.
