Baked Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
- Cream (40%) - 5 fl oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 4.2 oz
- Egg white - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the cream, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
Step 2
Break the chocolate into a bowl and pour the hot cream mixture over it. Stir until smooth.
Step 3
Lightly beat the yolks and slowly incorporate them into the chocolate mixture while whisking.
Step 4
Strain the mixture through a sieve and divide it into 4 small pudding molds.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 320°F.
Step 6
Place the molds in a deep baking dish and fill it with hot water so that it covers the molds halfway.
Step 7
Bake for 20–30 minutes until a firm crust forms on top.
Step 8
Cool in the refrigerator.
