Ingredients
- 20% Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
- Sugar - 4 tablespoons
- Thin Crepes - 15 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whip the sour cream with sugar (until the sugar is completely dissolved).
Step 2
In a greased baking dish, place a crepe and spread it with frosting, then place another crepe on top and continue layering until all crepes are used. Do not frost the top crepe. Reserve some frosting for the top crepe.
Step 3
Place the crepe cake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Decorate the finished cake with the remaining frosting (you can also sprinkle chocolate, nuts, or berries on top).
