Description
Sometimes (or for some, always) jam is added to sour cream, but what could be sweeter?
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Add sugar and the egg to the cottage cheese and mix until smooth.
Step 2
Add a pinch of salt, flour, and mix again until you have a uniform mass.
Step 3
Sprinkle some flour on the surface and start rolling out a sausage shape.
Step 4
Gently flatten each sausage on top and cut it at a diagonal angle.
Step 5
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the dumplings evenly, leaving a small space between them.
Step 6
Put them in the oven for 40 minutes. However, I recommend checking on them to avoid over-drying.
Step 7
In a pot, add sour cream (over medium heat), the dumplings, pour in a small amount of boiling water, and stir. Let it sit for a while.
Step 8
For dressing, use sour cream.
