- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Canned White Asparagus - 8 pieces
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2 tablespoons

Generously grease 2 small pudding molds with butter. Sprinkle with chopped herbs. Place 4 artichokes in each mold and crack 1 egg on top, being careful not to break the yolk. Season with salt, pepper, and Parmesan.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for about 9 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is golden. Serve immediately.
