Baked Eggs with Bacon and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- Potato - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Bacon - 4 slices
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat a dry skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and let it cool.
Step 2
Dice the tomato into small cubes. Place them in baking cups (I have 250 ml each).
Step 3
Chop the cooled bacon finely and add it to the cups.
Step 4
Add the parsley and crack 2 eggs into each cup. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake until the eggs are set, about 10–15 minutes.
