- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 0 fl oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a plate, crack 2 eggs on top, and drizzle cream over the yolks.
Step 2
Place in a water bath for 7-10 minutes and cover with a lid. The water level in the water bath should reach the level of the egg in the bowl.
Step 3
Remove the eggs and top them with pieces of smoked salmon. Serve with lightly toasted bread.
