Description
In this recipe, you can use any fruits. Here, small blue figs are used, but you can also take large blue or green figs, cutting them into wedges just like the pears. You can also substitute the Gorgonzola cheese with Brie or Camembert, which will also be very tasty. The nuts can be any type. As for the syrup, it can be any fruit syrup, even from jam.
Ingredients
- Pears - 2 pieces
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Fig - 8 pieces
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Fruit Jelly - 1.8 oz
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Slice the pear into wedges and remove the core.
Step 3
Slice the apples into similar wedges and remove the seeds.
Step 4
Cut half of the figs in half, and make cross cuts in the other half.
Step 5
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the fruits on it in a random order, alternating one wedge with another.

Cut or break the cheese into small pieces.

Place the Gorgonzola cheese on top of the fruits.

Also add the cream cheese on top.

Crush the walnuts and sprinkle them over the cheese.

Drizzle everything with syrup.

Place in the oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.

Once the fruits are soft and the cheese is slightly melted, it's ready. Top with a few sprigs of rosemary for aroma.
