Description
You can use any fruits and berries that are in season. I have listed all those that bake well. The quantity of fruits taken depends on the number of servings. You can make vanilla sugar yourself. Buy vanilla pods (4–5 pieces), throw them in a blender, blend, then add 1 kg of sugar and mix everything. The sugar will turn from dazzling white to a refined ash color. Sift the sugar. Instead of brandy, you can use any dessert wine or syrup. Recipe by Jamie Oliver. Bon appétit!
