Ingredients
- Oats - 7.1 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 16 fl oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the oats, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, vanillin, and sweetener.
Step 3
Layer the sliced bananas and apples (in wedges) at the bottom of the baking dish, and add berries if desired.
Step 4
Next, sprinkle the dry ingredients on top, then evenly pour the egg-milk mixture over the oats so that they absorb the liquid.
Step 5
For decoration, you can use apples and berries.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) and bake for 35-40 minutes.
