Description
Baked oatmeal with fruits and nuts
Ingredients
- Caramel Syrup - 1 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
- Vanillin - to taste
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.2 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Drinking Yogurt - 10 fl oz
- Strawberry - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients the night before to make oatmeal for breakfast the next day. In a bowl, mix: egg, milk, syrup, vanillin, cinnamon, baking powder, and 35 grams of softened butter, whisk everything until smooth.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes (we need flakes that require cooking).
Step 3
Peel 1 apple, remove the core, grate it finely, and add it to the other ingredients. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 4
In the morning, take the soaked oatmeal out of the refrigerator, transfer it to a baking dish, and add the nuts.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Meanwhile, peel and core the apple, cut it into cubes (or sticks), and sauté in a small amount (15 g) of butter until slightly softened.
Step 7
Wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes.
Step 8
Remove the oatmeal from the oven, add the sautéed apples, mix well; if the consistency seems too thick, you can add a little milk.
Step 9
Serve with strawberries and liquid yogurt.
