Ingredients
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla Pod - 1 piece
- Donut Peaches - 6 pieces
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Natural Yogurt - 6 tablespoons
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
In a skillet, combine the sugar, vanilla pod, and 150 ml of water, bring to a boil, and cook until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Place the peaches in a heatproof dish, pour the hot syrup over them, and cover with foil. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Let cool. Peel the peaches and cut them in half.
Step 4
In small glasses, place 2 peach halves, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt, and drizzle with honey.
Step 5
Toast the walnuts in a skillet and chop them coarsely. Sprinkle on top of the peaches.
