Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 1 glass
- Brown Sugar - 0,4 glasses
- Almond - 2.5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - ¼ spoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Raisins - 3 spoons
- Pears - 4 pieces
- Honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, almonds, and cinnamon, and mix well. Add the butter and stir until the mixture is smooth. Add the raisins.
Step 3
Cut the pears in half (do not peel) and remove the cores. Place the pear halves in a baking dish and brush the tops with melted butter.
Step 4
Fill the centers of the pears with the previously prepared oatmeal mixture. Bake for 25 minutes, until the pears are soft and the filling is lightly browned.
Step 5
Drizzle with honey and yogurt, serve warm for breakfast or with ice cream for dessert.
