Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 lbs
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Sweet Red Onion - 2.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add dry yeast, baking powder, sugar, and salt to the flour.
Step 2
Warm the milk, then add the beaten egg to it.
Step 3
Melt the butter.
Step 4
Add the resulting ingredients to the flour and mix gently.
Step 5
Knead the mixture gradually to obtain a uniform dough.
Step 6
Place the dough in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 7
After the dough rises, knead it thoroughly by hand again. You can start preparing. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. A few minutes before they are ready, brush the pirozhki with butter.
