- Salad Potatoes - 8 pieces
- Italian herb blend - 4 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper - 2½ teaspoons
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 3 teaspoons
- Salt - 3 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and rinse the potatoes. Cut them into quarters.
Step 2
Mix all the spices and combine them with the oil.
Step 3
Dip each potato wedge into the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 392°F for 30 minutes. To achieve an even color, you can turn the wedges over 1-2 times during cooking.
