- Sugar - 1¼ cups
- Potato protein - 0.3 cups
- Strawberry - 31.7 oz
- Rhubarb - 24.7 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 teaspoons
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Matzah - 1¼ cups
- Brown Sugar - 0.6 cups
- Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - ¼ teaspoon
- Butter - 10 tablespoons
Step by Step guide

Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix sugar and 3 tablespoons of starch and gently combine with halved strawberries, diced rhubarb, lemon juice, and zest. Transfer the mixture to a fireproof rectangular dish.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix ground matzah, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add diced butter and mix by hand until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the strawberry-rhubarb mixture and bake for about 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Cool to warm and serve.
