Ingredients
- Phyllo Dough - 4 pieces
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Pistachios - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 5 lbs
- Water - 1 qt
- Glucose Powder - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take 4 sheets of phyllo dough, generously brush each with butter, and layer them on top of each other.
Step 2
On the top layer, spread the pistachios with cinnamon and roll it up. Cut into individual pieces (any size, as desired), place tightly on a baking sheet, and generously pour with butter.
Step 3
Bake at 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 4
After baking, drain the excess butter. Drizzle with hot syrup.
