Ingredients
- Butter - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Powdered Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 1.1 oz
- Jam - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the butter with powdered sugar using a mixer until creamy. Add the egg whites one at a time, continuing to beat. Incorporate the vanilla and sifted flour. Mix until homogeneous.
Step 2
Fill a pastry bag with a nozzle (snowflake or star) with the dough and pipe the future cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. The dough is stiff and difficult to pipe. If the dough is too thick, you can thin it with a little milk, but not too much. It won't affect the taste.
Step 3
Make an indentation in the center of each cookie with your finger and squeeze the jam from the pastry bag with a narrow nozzle.
Step 4
Bake until golden.
