- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Pour the milk into a bowl, add the egg white, sugar, and yeast.
Step 3
Mix well.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Knead the dough.
Step 6
Roll out into a circle with a thickness of 3–4 mm.
Step 7
Cut into triangles.
Step 8
Place pieces of chocolate and banana, roll into small rolls.
Step 9
Place on a baking sheet.
Step 10
Brush with egg yolk.
Step 11
Bake in an oven preheated to 356°F for 30 minutes.
