Banana and Cocoa Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Carob gum - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz
- Chocolate-Covered Coffee Beans - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the raw (unroasted) cocoa beans in a coffee grinder.
Step 2
Blend the mint with a small amount of water in a blender.
Step 3
Add the bananas to the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 4
Add the carob powder and ground cocoa beans.
Step 5
Blend everything well again in the blender.
Step 6
Pour into an ice cream maker or place in the freezer, occasionally taking it out to stir.
