  • Brown Sugar - 5.3 oz
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Bananas - 3 pieces
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 5.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.3 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
  • Salt - 0.1 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - 0.1 oz
  • Ground Nutmeg - 0 oz
  • Fresh Berries - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease a loaf pan approximately 23x13 cm.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Then fold in the peeled and mashed bananas.

Step 3

In another bowl, combine both flours, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.

Step 4

Mix the dry ingredients with the egg mixture. Then add the blueberries and gently fold them in.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
