  • Brown Sugar - 6 fl oz
  • Large eggs - 2 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
  • Bananas - 3 pieces
  • Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 5.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1.5 teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon - 0.75 teaspoons
  • Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
  • Activated Baking Soda - 0.5 teaspoons
  • Ground Nutmeg - 0.25 teaspoons
  • Fresh Berries - 6.3 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line each with a paper liner.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and lightly beaten eggs. Add the peeled and mashed bananas. Mix well.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine both flours, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
