- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 5.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 1.5 teaspoons
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.75 teaspoons
- Salt - 0.5 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.5 teaspoons
- Ground Nutmeg - 0.25 teaspoons
- Fresh Berries - 6.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Grease 12 muffin cups or line each with a paper liner.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the buttermilk, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and lightly beaten eggs. Add the peeled and mashed bananas. Mix well.
