- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Grease the baking pan with oil, sprinkle with flour, shake off the excess, and place the pan in the refrigerator.

Peel 2 bananas, mash them with a fork, and mix with the eggs.
Step 4
Add regular sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and oil.
Step 5
Stir in the flour and baking powder.
Step 6
Mix the ingredients in a bowl. It is not necessary to achieve a uniform consistency; just mix until the ingredients are combined.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the pan and smooth it out. Peel one banana, slice it lengthwise, and place it on top.
Step 8
Bake in the middle of the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 9
Remove from the oven, let cool, and take it out of the pan.
