Description
Banana bread is a sweet cake made from ripe bananas, featured in our 'Golden Thousand'. It is popular in America and Australia.
Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Butter - 5 oz
- Baking Powder - 0 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - 5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 5 oz
- Vanilla extract - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the ripe bananas.
Step 3
Mash them in a bowl using a potato masher.
Step 4
Add 80 g of melted butter.
Step 5
Add a lightly beaten egg.
Step 6
Add sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and flour.

Stir until smooth with a wooden spatula.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 45-50 minutes.

Remove the baked bread from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
