  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - ½ spoons
  • Brown Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Natural Yogurt - 4.2 oz
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Bananas - 3½ pieces
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - 3.5 oz
  • Walnuts - 2.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a larger bowl, mix 100 grams of brown sugar, yogurt, and room temperature butter.

Beat with a mixer on medium speed for about 5 minutes.

Add the eggs one at a time to the butter mixture. Only add the next egg after the previous one has been fully incorporated.

Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and mix until smooth on low speed.

Mash 3 bananas with a fork and add them to the batter.

Now you can add the nuts and chocolate. It's better to fold them in with a spatula.

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil and line it with parchment paper. Transfer the dough into the prepared pan. Decorate the bread with half a banana and sprinkle with the remaining sugar.

Bake at 356°F for 60–70 minutes. It's best to use the convection setting. You can check if the bread is done by inserting a skewer: if it comes out clean, the bread is ready.
