Ingredients

  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Bananas - 14.1 oz
  • Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
  • Condensed Milk - 7.1 oz
  • Raisins - 1.8 oz
  • Butter - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dissolve the sugar in water over heat.

Step 2

Add finely chopped bananas and cook for 30–40 minutes.

Step 3

While the bananas are cooking down, finely chop the dried apricots, raisins, and almonds.

Step 4

After 30–40 minutes, when the bananas turn into a homogeneous mass and darken, add the dried apricots, almonds, and raisins. Mix well.

Step 5

Add the powdered milk, stirring gently.

Step 6

Melt the butter in a pan.

Step 7

Add the melted butter to the mixture, stirring thoroughly.

Step 8

Transfer to a mold, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.
