- Sour Cream - 2 cans

- Sugar - 3 tablespoons

In a cup of sour cream, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt, and unactivated baking soda.

Gradually add the flour. Knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 6–7 parts. Roll each part to the size of the pan you will be baking in. Poke each flatbread with a fork or knife to ensure even baking.

Bake the flatbreads on a dry pan on both sides, like pancakes.
Step 5
Prepare the cream. Blend the sour cream, sugar, and bananas using a blender.
Step 6
Spread the cream on the layers, stacking them on top of each other.
Step 7
Place the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the layers to soak.
