- Brown Sugar - ¾ cup
- Butter - 6 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
- Chopped almonds - 1.4 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Raisins - 2.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder, brown sugar, and vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Crush the almonds into crumbs. Mash the bananas (using a fork or blender).
Step 4
Melt the butter and mix it with the beaten eggs and yogurt, then add the banana puree.
Step 5
Add the raisins and almond crumbs to the flour (reserve 2 tablespoons of almond crumbs for decoration).
Step 6
Gently fold the butter mixture into the flour, being careful not to deflate the batter.
Step 7
Grease a narrow cake pan and pour the batter in, leaving some space from the edges. Sprinkle with almond crumbs and decorate with whole nuts on top.
Step 8
Bake for 30-40 minutes.
