Description
Recipe by Sarah Johnson.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Kefir - 1 glass
- Wheat Flour - 3 glasses
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 3 glasses
- Bananas - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the dough.
Step 2
Beat the eggs and 2 cups of sugar, then add the kefir, baking powder, sifted flour, and mix well.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake the cake in the oven at 356°F for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool and then cut it in half lengthwise (or into 3 parts).
Step 4
Prepare the cream. Combine the sour cream with 1 cup of sugar and whip until smooth.
Step 5
On one half of the cake layer, arrange banana slices and pour cream over them. Cover with the second half of the cake layer, then place more bananas on top, pour cream over again, and let it sit for 1 hour. I sprinkled grated chocolate candy on top.
