Description
You can use all the dough as a base, placing slices of fresh bananas on top and leaving the top open (it will turn out like in the picture).
Ingredients
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Bananas - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
For the filling, slice the bananas and sauté them in a pan over low heat with 50 g of butter and 2–3 tablespoons of sugar until caramelized.
Step 3
For the dough, mix 140 g of sugar with the egg and remaining butter, add the sour cream, and knead thoroughly. Then gradually add enough flour to make a soft, elastic dough (you may need a little more or less than specified).
Step 4
Pinch off about a third of the dough for the top, and spread the rest onto a baking sheet with edges or into a pie dish.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the caramelized bananas on top.
Step 6
From the remaining dough, create a lattice decoration for the top, pinch all the edges, and place the pie in the oven. Bake for 30–40 minutes.
