Description
The main feature of this casserole is the absence of sugar. Of course, the presence of bananas does not make it dietetic, but it is not overly high in calories.

- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Yogurt powder - 7 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the cottage cheese, yogurt, and eggs in a blender until smooth. The yogurt should be drinkable; dessert yogurts in cups are not suitable. Ideally, it should contain no additives, just pure fermented milk culture. The mixture should have a sour cream-like consistency.
Step 2
Add cinnamon (half a teaspoon) and vanilla (a pinch) to the mixture. Mix well again.
Step 3
Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise in half.
Step 4
Place the sliced bananas at the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the cottage cheese mixture over them.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Cooking time is 25-30 minutes. The main indicator of readiness is thickness and a golden crust.
Step 6
As soon as the casserole acquires a beautiful golden color, it is ready! Serve with sour cream.
