Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3 tablespoons
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - 1 can
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Either mash the bananas or chop them very finely.
Step 2
Mix with the cottage cheese until smooth.
Step 3
Add the flour and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
Step 4
Divide the resulting mixture into equal parts. Shape into circles with a dent, place the boiled condensed milk inside, and close them.
Step 5
Place the pancakes on a preheated skillet and fry on low heat for 2–3 minutes on each side. You can also keep them covered for a little longer.
Step 6
Place the pancakes on a plate. You can drizzle with regular condensed milk if desired.
