- Ladyfinger Cookies - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Mini Chocolate Chips - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 8 fl oz
- Dark rum - 1 fl oz
- Bananas - 6 pieces
- Apricot Jam - 2 fl oz

Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Crush the cookies to make 0.5 cup of crumbs and place them in a food processor. Add the softened butter, 75 g of sugar, and salt. Mix well until the dough forms into one ball and spread it in a round pan with low edges. Distribute evenly and bake for 14-18 minutes until crispy.
Step 3
Sprinkle the chocolate over the hot crust and let it sit for 5 minutes. Once the chocolate melts, spread it evenly over the crust. Whip the cream with the remaining sugar and rum until stiff peaks form. Slice the bananas into thin rounds and place them in a bowl. Add the jam and mix well. Spread the banana mixture over the crust and top with whipped cream and banana slices.
