Description

Mashed bananas can be substituted with 3–4 ripe bananas mashed with a fork.

Ingredients

  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Nuts - 8 fl oz
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
  • Salt - 1½ teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Mashed Potatoes - 8 fl oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour - 22.9 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, beat 300 g of sugar, vanilla, and margarine until light. Add eggs and mashed banana.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine with the egg-butter-banana mixture, and add chocolate or nuts.

Step 3

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 374°F, and grease the baking sheet.

Step 4

Drop cookies onto the baking sheet using two teaspoons, forming balls spaced apart. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and remaining sugar. Bake for 10–12 minutes until light brown.
