  • Oats - 2.8 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 1.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Nutmeg - to taste
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • Nuts - 1.1 oz
  • Dried Cranberries - 1.8 oz
  • Egg - 1 piece
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Milk - 3 fl oz
  • Bananas - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and mix with milk, egg, and oil.

Step 4

Add the dry ingredients to the mixture one spoonful at a time and quickly mix the batter.

Step 5

Spoon the batter into lined muffin tins.

Step 6

Bake for 25 minutes (a toothpick should come out dry).

Step 7

Let cool slightly before serving.
