Ingredients

  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 10 teaspoons
  • Sour Cream - 10 teaspoons
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Bananas - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Whisk together 3 eggs, 6 tablespoons of sugar, and 4 tablespoons of sour cream. Pour in the melted butter (100 g) and mix well.

Step 2

Combine 1.5 cups of flour with a packet of baking powder, or add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda that has been neutralized into the dough. Sift this flour into the mixture and knead.

Step 3

Cut 3 bananas into small cubes and fold them into the prepared batter.

Step 4

Grease the baking dish with oil, pour in the batter, and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F.

Step 5

Bake for 30–40 minutes, and check for doneness with a toothpick.

Step 6

Remove the hot pie from the mold and drizzle with sauce. NOT ALL OF IT! Let the pie rest for a bit (it won't last long — it's too tempting))) Before serving, be sure to pour some sauce over the slices!

Step 7

For the sauce, mash 1–2 bananas with 6 tablespoons of sour cream (preferably full-fat) and 4 tablespoons of sugar using a blender.
