Ingredients
- "Toplenoe Milk Cookies" - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Sour Cream - 14.1 oz
- Milk - ½ glasses
- Sugar - 5 teaspoons
- Cocoa Powder - 4 spoons
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
- Bananas - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the cookies in a blender and add melted butter.
Step 2
Mix and spread evenly in a thick layer at the bottom of the dish. This is the base of our dessert.
Step 3
Next, you need to soak the gelatin in water (4 tablespoons of water for 15 minutes).
Step 4
Combine sour cream and 2–3 tablespoons of sugar. In a saucepan, cook 2 tablespoons of sugar, cocoa, and milk over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Mix the prepared chocolate mixture with the sour cream.
Step 5
Boil the gelatin for 1–2 minutes and pour it into the sour cream and chocolate soufflé.
Step 6
Peel the bananas and place them on our previously prepared base.
Step 7
Pour the soufflé over the bananas. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 8
I recommend greasing the pan with vegetable oil or using a springform pan. In the morning, remove it and transfer to a plate, then garnish.
