Banana ginger muffins without eggs and oil

Ingredients

  • Bananas - 2 pieces
  • Ground Oats - 5.6 oz
  • Water - 1 fl oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root - ⅓ piece
  • Condensed Milk - 1 tablespoon
  • Activated Baking Soda - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grind half of the oats in a blender to make flour.

Step 2

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Step 3

Add the mashed banana, grated ginger, and hot water.

Step 4

Powdered milk is used for dusting. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fill silicone molds with the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes.
