Description
Instead of cottage cheese and sour cream, a more liquid cottage cheese in a sausage-shaped package was traditionally used. If you find it, you can use it. You can also use thick yogurt or cottage cheese in plastic cups. A recipe from a nostalgic Soviet childhood)))

- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.1 oz
- Cookie - 24 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, prepare the cream: mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar, and stir well to avoid lumps. Mash two bananas with a fork and mix them into the mixture. The cream can be blended with a blender, mixer, or fork; the main thing is that the mixture should be homogeneous and somewhat liquid. Adjust the amount of sour cream depending on the dryness of the cottage cheese.
Step 2
Use regular square sugar cookies (rectangular ones, like Jubilee cookies, are also fine). Take a board, place plastic wrap (or better, a cut plastic bag) on top, and arrange the cookies in a rectangle of 3x4.
Step 3
Pour about half of the cottage cheese mixture over the cookies, then place the remaining cookies on top and pour the mixture again.
Step 4
In the central row, place a banana (if it is very curved, cut it so that it lies relatively flat).
Step 5
Now, using the plastic wrap, carefully gather the "house," connecting the outer rows (the "roof" may not meet perfectly, that's okay). If there is any mixture left, pour the leftovers on top of the house and secure it with plastic wrap. It will spread a little.
Step 6
Place it in the refrigerator for about 6-8 hours.
Step 7
When the cake has set, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle with grated chocolate (you can make a glaze and sprinkle with crushed cookies).
