Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 1½ cups
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Apricots - 10.6 oz
- Banana puree - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter, add the eggs and sugar, and beat until a white mass is formed. Add the baking soda that has been quenched with vinegar.
Step 2
Puree the bananas (you can leave some small pieces) and add them to the mixture from the first step.
Step 3
Gradually add the flour and milk.
Step 4
Chop the dried apricots in a blender or coffee grinder (the apricots should be as hard as possible) and add to the resulting dough. The dough should be quite liquid but not as liquid as brownie batter.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F and bake for 30–35 minutes.
