Description

The cake is great because you can change the ingredients. Instead of bananas, you could use raisins, for example, or poppy seeds, or dried apricots, and so on. Everyone can choose a filling to their taste!

Ingredients

  • 20% Sour Cream - 12.3 oz
  • Sugar - 2½ glasses
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Potato protein - 3 spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
  • Activated Baking Soda - 3 spoons
  • Milk - ½ glasses
  • Condensed Milk - 1 can
  • Butter - 10.6 oz
  • Peanut Sprouts - 3 oz
  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Cocoa Powder - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For each layer, you will need: 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and one of the following add-ins (bananas, crushed peanuts, cocoa).

Step 2

For the layers, beat the egg with sugar, then add sour cream, flour, baking soda (which has been reacted with vinegar or lemon juice), and one of the add-ins (add banana to the batter for the first layer, peanuts for the second, and cocoa for the third).

Step 3

Bake the layers in a well-preheated oven (180–392°F) for 18–20 minutes. Once the layer has cooled down, slice it lengthwise with a cold knife to create 2 thin layers. In total, you will end up with 6 thin layers.

Step 4

For the cream, you will need: 1 egg, 1 cup of sugar, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Step 5

For the cream, beat the egg with sugar, then add cold milk. Place it over a water bath and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Allow the resulting mixture to cool.

Step 6

Beat the softened butter with a mixer, gradually incorporating the custard mixture and sweetened condensed milk.

Step 7

Spread cream generously on each layer. It’s best to leave the finished cake overnight to allow it to soak in. Then, you can decorate it with fruits, berries, nuts, or grated chocolate.
